The Lead Coordinator performs routine operations support to the committees to which they are assigned.
They facilitate coordination required for each committee, including scheduling and preparation for committee meetings, events, and functions. They document and monitor meetings, budgets, expenses, liaise with stakeholders and vendors, and assist in cash and expense management.
They enjoy working in a team environment and interact proactively with internal and external stakeholders. They provide excellent organization, administrative skills, and adapt to various systems and technology.
