Lead Collections Administrator

Position Overview

In this role, you will impact the financial health of the organization by improving cash flow, reducing delinquency rates, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective collections administration and process management.

+ Lead and coordinate collections administrative activities to support timely and accurate receivables collection.
+ Manage collections data entry, account reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
+ Collaborate with collections managers and cross-functional teams to resolve customer payment disputes and escalations.
