Lead Clinician – Occupational Therapist

We are looking for a Lead Clinician – Occupational Therapist to manage our in‑house Clinical Team at Bankside College. The postholder will work collaboratively with the school's Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead, sharing responsibility for both clinical leadership of the team and holding a therapy caseload.

Our Clinical Teams help maintain a person‑centred, empowering approach, always putting the pupils we support at the forefront of everything they do. All settings maintain a strong safeguarding culture, and pupils are heard, respected, and involved in decisions that affect them.
