The Role

As a Lead AI Deployment Architect, you will work directly with customers to understand their problems and design, deploy and scale innovative AI solutions and automations using our Process Intelligence platform. In a pre‑sales and post‑sales capacity you will collaborate with AI experts across Product & Engineering and GTM to standardize solutions and bring them to our customer base at scale.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, develop, and scale end‑to‑end AI solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging Python, LLM‑based architectures (RAG), and Machine Learning models.
• Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition to C‑level stakeholders, aligning our Process Intelligence capabilities with their broader enterprise AI strategy.
• Identify high‑impact AI use cases across the Celonis platform and package them into scalable, repeatable offerings (e.g., via the Machine Learning Workbench).
