Lead – Active Directory Services

Role Purpose / Summary

The Lead for Active Directory (AD) Services will be accountable for driving the design, operation, and strategic roadmap of Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) across Lonza’s global enterprise environment. This role ensures the stability, security, and scalability of directory services while serving as a technical authority and escalation point for complex issues. The Lead will guide engineering teams, manage relationships with managed services, and work with cybersecurity, IT operations, and business stakeholders to deliver robust identity services aligned with compliance, security, and business objectives.
