Lead Acquisition Specialist

The Lead Acquisition Specialist is responsible for generating leads, making cold calls, securing appointments for the Business Development Manager, and supporting sales conversion through clear product explanation and follow‑up. This role is focused on filling the BDM calendar with qualified sales appointments and supporting business growth for the Service Quality Centre.

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Introduce and explain the company’s products and services clearly and confidently.
