GENERAL SUMMARY:

Under general supervision, provides leadership and leads daily operations and may assume the responsibilities of supervisor and or line operations during their absence. Makes sure parking personnel carries out all assignments and duties.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Resolves problems and concerns of customers in an accommodating and friendly manner.

· Assist and serves as a resource to parking service employees

· Coordinates the scheduling of breaks/lunch times, vacation and days off.

· Assigns work to employees and monitors work flow such as timelines, quality, quantity, completeness and daily log sheets.

· Gathers information on employee’s performance and provides input into employee performance appraisals. May provide input into interview new hire selection process.
