The Role

• Act on a broad range of contentious construction matters, including commercial building, infrastructure, engineering, residential development and insolvency disputes.
• Progress litigation matters from commencement to resolution, including drafting pleadings and evidence, preparing advice and briefing counsel.
• Appear at hearings and interlocutory applications while managing your own files...
