Laundry Aide - RNC - Full Time - Days

Job Summary

This position is responsible for completing assigned routines that will maintain resident clothing and linen in a clean, sanitary, and useable condition. Work is performed in accordance with Federal, State and local regulations, facility policies and procedures, established regulatory and accreditation requirements as well as the philosophy goals and objectives of the facility and the Laundry department.


Core Job Responsibilities


+ Perform day to day laundry functions assigned including sorting, counting, and washing of personal linens, bibs, tablecloths and other launderable items.

+ Collect, sort, and prepare for washing all items to be either laundered in the facility or to be removed for laundering purposes.

+ Fold, count, stack, hang, and distribute resident personal laundry and clean linen daily.
