The
Monad Foundation is a team of dedicated ecosystem and community builders who are on a mission to massively grow the impact of decentralized tech. We believe that the Monad blockchain--the performant and parallel EVM Layer 1--will help decentralized apps eat the world. The Role The Monad Foundation is on a mission to establish Monad as the leading blockchain in Latin America in mindshare and adoption among developers and retail users. We're looking for a LATAM Ecosystem Lead to drive regional growth and empower the next generation of founders building on Monad. You'll be the champion for LATAM builders – identifying founder talent, creating initiatives for founder success and connecting the dots between regional use cases and ecosystem opportunities.
