Project Manager – Enterprise IT Projects (Start Date ASAP)

Must Haves:

• 2–4+ years managing large, high-risk IT projects (data, infrastructure, or application development) in global environments.
• Strong, assertive PM leadership – proactive “activist” PM who can drive projects forward, make tough decisions, and push back when needed.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe preferred), flexibility to work across Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid environments.
• Full lifecycle ownership: manage scope, timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional teams across multiple concurrent projects (often 3–4 at a time).
• Strong communication & stakeholder management: confident interacting across all levels, building relationships, driving accountability, and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
