Laser Operator – 1st Shift KSM Industries | Germantown, WI KSM Industries is looking for a skilled Laser Operator to join our 1st shift team.

In this role, you’ll program, set up, and operate advanced laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality sheet metal parts—including short-run and custom jobs.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys precision work, problem-solving, and working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do Set up, operate, and adjust computer-controlled laser cutting machines and material loaders/unloaders Program and create laser nests to meet production schedules and optimize material usage Inspect parts throughout production using calipers, squares, rulers, and other measuring tools Troubleshoot machine alarms and make adjustments (program changes, optics cleaning, head alignment, focus, etc.) Perform basic machine maintenance and assist with equipment upkeep Support ma...
