Monday to Friday 37 hours per week.

Landscaping or construction site and/or operating plant experience is requested. Full driving licence preferably although not essential.

Any construction experience is applicable.

Key Job Activities

• To ensure landscaping and grounds maintenance duties are completed to required standards and timescales.
• To ensure personal compliance with Health and Safety, COSHH and other regulations.
• To encourage greater use of parks by helping to provide quality features.
• To ensure the council's standards of customer service are achieved.
• Undertake construction and development work including hard and soft landscape projects in accordance with client's drawings and specifications.
