Role purpose

To oversee the day-to-day operations and security of the site and supervise the site operatives.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the site operations are carried out in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
• To ensure the site drop-off/loading areas are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
• To operate all loading/unloading plant and machinery as required.
• To supervise the loading/unloading of materials.
• To ensure delivery/collection drivers and operatives comply with site safety rules.
• To ensure the company Health & Safety Policy is complied with.
• To ensure the company Environmental Policy is complied with.
• To complete and issue skip delivery/collection tickets as required.
• To ensure all plant and machinery employed in the operation of the site is maintained to ensure the minimum of downtime.
