L&E Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Labor & Employment Attorney to join our team in Boston. As an L&E Attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to employers on various labor and employment law matters.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research on labor and employment law issues
• Advising clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures
• Representing clients in labor and employment-related litigation
• Participating in settlement negotiations and mediation

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing labor and employment law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
