**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**

The Lamination Outfitter lays out fiberglass, removes air voids, and applies paint (where needed) with the use of small hand tools. This position assists gunner and lead in daily activities.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Forms fiberglass into a mold and removes air voids.
+ Leads and supervises with overseeing safety and quality of parts.
+ Helps the lead and supervisor control the cost in the area.
+ Plays a key role in training new outfitters.
+ Runs and maintains equipment in use.
+ Keeps work area clean, safe, and hazard free.
+ Helps push molds.
+ ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

**_EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:_**

+ Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent
