We are looking for an experienced LabVantage LIMS Application Support Consultant to join our managed services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing L2/L3 application support for a global pharmaceutical client, ensuring stable application operations, SLA compliance, incident resolution, and seamless coordination with client, vendor, and internal support teams.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical expertise in LabVantage LIMS , database troubleshooting, API integrations, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
