Overview

Responsibilities


+ Prepare laundry product formulations (detergents)

+ Measure pH, specific gravity, and viscosity

+ Perform stability tests

+ Conduct detergent & softener performance evaluation

+ Perform fragrance evaluation by test panels

+ Maintain accurate record keeping and laboratory documentation

+ Perform housekeeping in the lab environment

+ Conduct all applicable testing relating to fabric care in the Laundry Lab group

+ Utilize washing machines for fabric care projects

Requirements

+ BS Degree in Chemistry, Biology or related Science

+ Hands-on laboratory experience preferred (can be from school)

+ Preference is for experience with wet chemistry (pH, viscosity, titrations, ...
