Position Overview
Main Accountabilities
Support and partially drive development and testing of new formulations, applications and chemistries:Support and develop new product concepts to enter new customer/market segments;Support sampling process (for customers, seminars and exhibitions);Execute the functional (and sensory testing) potential of the market segment’s product range;Drive innovation through the Market segment’s lateral value chain;Create digital content for customer portal;Support and drive customer/supplier and in-house seminars;Work in close collaboration with the sales team to support project development and trouble shooting;Ensure tracking and reporting on innovation & pipeline development;Drive and support responsibility for the lab (safety, maintenance and quality standards).Translate the Group’s Sustainability Strategy into concrete job-related action items and contribute actively and...
