Position Overview
Job Description
Familiarization with all Test Methods & Laboratory ProceduresSupport and maintain the laboratory operations. Coordinate activities of the section to meet the turn around time and maintain the laboratory flow process.Maintain Coordination with the Team and with fellow coordinators.Maintaining the customer relationship, answering queries and handling complaints and feedback.
Specific responsibilities:
Review worksheets before passing on to the laboratory analystWork with operation department to retrieve samples when customer calls for re-testCheck test results from Lab Analysts and to approach Team Leader if suspicious results are detected for a retestReview test results with Diagnostic Team to identify if retests or any further recommendation/diagnosis is to be done/includedRelease test results to customer upon final reviewWork closely with the Team L...
