The ideal candidate will have significant experience in employment litigation, including both single-plaintiff and class action matters, with a particular emphasis on wage and hour class actions. The position also involves providing employment law counseling and compliance advice to clients across a variety of industries. Traditional labor law experience is a plus.
Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
Manage wage and hour class actions and represent clients in individual employment disputes.
