In this role you will be responsible for controlling the consistency and uniformity of finished products and raw materials against the requirements specified in batch cards and RMDS.

This position is based in Sharjah (UAE) and reports to the Laboratory Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality control data records.
• Support the QC lab of the production facility.
• Maintain 6S activities in the lab in consultation with the Chemist/Lab manager.
• Comply with E-Convention QMS and EMS requirements.
• Maintain inventory of lab supplies and request replenishment when low.
• Test production batches to ensure products are manufactured per Hempel RD procedures and are within specification.
• Recommend corrections to production batches that are short of specification and ensure all tests are in line with Hempel procedures.
