Job Title: Lab Technician
Location: Madison Heights, MI
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Compensation: $25.00 - $29.00/hr
Type: Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent

Responsibilities


+ Perform Testing following SOP, QC, ASTM or similar related test method/procedures

+ Operate Analytical Equipment or Devices (ICP, IC, XRF, SEM, GC-FID, HPLC, etc.)

+ Review data for quality trends and proper reports

+ Utilize Microsoft Office and Digital Platforms (LIMS)

+ Maintain proper housekeeping (5S) and safety

+ Check e-mails for questions

+ Follow quality procedures for log and other record keeping


Requirements

+ Associates or Bachelor's degree in a technical field

+ 1-year of demonstrated laboratory experience

+ Computer literate in Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
