Lab Product Owner – Customer Affordability & Data, Consumer Data Lab

Location: Chester, Manchester, Bristol – Full‑time – Hybrid working (at least two days per week at one of our office sites).

What you’ll be doing

Shaping how data informs lending decisions to deliver better outcomes for millions of customers. Own and evolve a portfolio of data platform products that enable teams across Consumer Lending to access, leverage and derive value from trusted data at scale. Sit at the centre of a function that blends commercial expertise with advanced data and analytics to personalise lending, improve credit access and support smarter decision‑making.

Work closely with senior stakeholders, engineers and data specialists to translate strategic priorities into tangible product outcomes. Ensure data is well‑governed, accessible and actively leveraged to optimise decisions, improve performance and unlock measurable business value.
