We are looking for a highly organised and communicative individual to support laboratory operations, with a strong focus on sample management, inventory control, and customer coordination .

This role is best suited for candidates with experience in customer care, coordination, or operations support , especially those comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and handling detailed tracking work.

• Manage and monitor laboratory sample intake, tracking, and resolution of discrepancies
