CK Group are recruiting for a Lab Instrument Technician, on behalf of an industry leading manufacturer of Scientific Instruments, to be primarily based at one of their client sites in Waterford, Ireland, on a permanent basis. About the role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing triage and frontline support for various types of pharmaceutical equipment. This role involves ensuring equipment functionality, administrative tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with third-party vendors or Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) as needed.

Your responsibilities will include: You will be the first Point Of Contact in case of equipment issues, you will have to identify problems and determine appropriate solutions. Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of lab equipment. Perform basic repairs on a wide range of pharmaceutical equipment.
