Position Overview
- Collect items for calibration from the incoming area and transfer them in the laboratory to prepare for calibration. Ensure that the items are acclimatized before calibration.
- Interact directly with Technical Team to determine needs relating to traceability, adequacy of standards and test procedures utilized by Bestlabs, as well as, for items requiring repair or limited calibration.
- Verify details of the sales order and inform Technical department for any discrepancy. Check for customers requirements before starting.
- Responsible in making sure that the calibration procedures and requirements (including environmental condition, scope & skill) are fulfilled, and communicated with the customer whenever necessary.
- Ensure that all jobs are completed on a timely and safe manner.
- Ensure that customers instruments are handled carefully, before, during and after calibration.
