Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end software development and support for a Digital Banking squad. This could be for projects, quarterly change requests, and L3 production fixes and includes analysis and design to development, implementation, testing and support. You will also be responsible for quality assurance of the team delivery in conformance to the Bank‑defined software delivery methodology and tools. You will partner closely with the Digital Banking leads to plan and manage transitioned deliverables.

• Provide technical leadership for the squad, ensuring adherence to standards and policies and enforcing the Definition of Done and Definition of Ready.
• Enable the team and remove impediments and blockers for the squad.
