A global IT company is expanding and looking for an IT Support Engineer with a Wintel (Windows Server & Active Directory) background!

Location: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite) - Cebu or Manila

• Cebu: IT Park
• Manila: Ayala Ave., Makati or BGC, Taguig

Salary: Up to ₱40,000

• 1 PM–10 PM | 9 PM–6 AM | 5 AM–2 PM
• Provide 24/7 remote IT support (shift rotation)
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, and end-user systems
• Monitor servers, storage, and backups
• Perform basic troubleshooting and follow SOPs
• Handle incidents and escalate to L2/L3 or vendors
• Join incident calls and update tickets/documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
