Position Overview
Job Description
KOL Support:
Research and identify KOLs that align with campaign goals and the overall KOL plan.Reach out to KOLs to check pricing, availability, and interest.Support KOLs throughout the content creation process.Collect and compile KOL performance data for post-campaign analysis.Creator Support:
Scout and evaluate new creators to expand the talent pool.Execute monthly briefs and initiatives as assigned by the KOL lead.Provide support to creators during content creation, offering guidance and feedback when needed.Respond to and resolve creator issues (creator tickets) promptly and effectively.Track, monitor, and report on creator performance metrics. Job Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Media, or a related field.Proven experience in KOL field.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with KOL/creator and internal team.
