£26,436.80 plus Tronc amount of £5,300

Hours

Full time 40 hours over 5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Washing of dishes, cutlery, crockery, pots etc, both manually and by using machinery
• Supporting the chefs by clearing work areas and cleaning all required items
• Ensuring floors are mopped/cleaned/dried at regular intervals throughout the day
• Ensure the bin and outside/delivery area are clean, clear and organised
• Completing daily/weekly/monthly cleaning tasks
