The Kitchen Manager (KM) is the senior operational leader for all back‑of‑house (BOH) functions at Tundra Grill & Concessions. Reporting to the General Manager Tundra Grill & Concessions, this role assists the Jr. Assistant Manager and Assistant Manager, Tundra Grill, to provide daily leadership to the kitchen team, including Chef de Party, line cooks, and food service team members. The Kitchen Manager ensures high‑quality food preparation, consistent execution of culinary standards, strong adherence to Manitoba Health regulations, and smooth BOH operations across multiple venues.
The Kitchen Manager works collaboratively with the General Manager Tundra Grill to uphold menu standards, manage inventory and ordering, maintain equipment, and ensure efficient workflows. This role requires strong leadership, hands‑on kitchen experience, and the ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and safe work environment aligned with Park Hospitality values.
