Hiring for New Chick-fil-A Location! We are looking for a Kitchen Manager for our new Fast Food Restaurant. Candidate must be good at motivating a team, ensuring standards of excellence and have at least 2 years of Fast Food leadership or training experience. Job Scope includes the following:
1. Reports directly to the Director of Operations and executes daily operational objectives.
2. Support Chick-fil-A's New Location's strategy to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
3. Always ensure full implementation of Food Safety requirements.
4. Perform daily truck/supply ordering monitor and alert on shortages.
5. Receive and store inventory per Receiving Quality Standards
6. Inspect the prior shift's operations for quality and resolve any issues.
7. Coordinate with the Scheduling Team to ensure proper staffing for shifts.
