Our Gracelands village in Hastings is seeking a full-time Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Managing the kitchen team to prepare and provide meal service for residents.
• Overseeing and managing kitchen operations.
• Ensuring Food Control Plans are maintained and audit ready at all times.
• Leading the team to successful outcomes.
