Responsibilities

• To carry out duties as appointed by the Stewarding Manager, Aide Supervisor, Stewarding and also the Manager, Stewarding.
• To perform basic cleaning duties as appointed by the Group Leader in accordance with established standards of efficiency and timetables.
• To guarantee the safe, appropriate and economical use of Stewarding equipment, including:
• Dishwashing Device
• Glass washing Device
• Pot Washer
• Floor Cleaning and Maintenance machines
• Silver Burnishing Machine
• Transport Cars

• To cleanse, wash and polish dishes and other operating equipment in any Food and Beverage outlet according to the established health ...
