Position Overview
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. In charge of dishwashing, and other equipment/items that require washing/cleaning.
2. Ensures and maintains cleanliness in Cafeteria premises at all times.
3. Helps with bussing, cleaning, and setting up dining area to guarantee comfortable dining experience.
4. Segregates trash to biodegradable, non-biodegradable, food wastes, and recyclable properly.
5. Supports and reports to the Cafeteria Manager regarding stocking levels for all non-food materials related to cleaning, and all repair/replacement at the Cafeteria dining area.
6. Manages all garbage disposal within the Cafeteria premises regularly.
7. To fulfill any related Kitchen Operations task supervised by the Cafeteria Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Candidate must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced/quick service kitchen/hospitality environment.
2. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
