JOB SUMMARY:

RCHSD Chadwick Center is a fully accredited hospital-based children's advocacy center (CAC), a child-friendly place that provides family-focused and trauma-informed services to help children and families heal from abuse and other trauma.

Located within the Chadwick Center, KidSTART Clinic is an outpatient behavioral health program serving young children aged 0-5 with complex social-emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs and their families. The program is funded by the County of San Diego Behavioral Health Services. KidSTART Clinic offers comprehensive mental health assessment and treatment services for young children and their families. Evidence-based practices (EBPs) and evidence-informed treatments are used with a focus on trauma-informed, culturally humble, and family-centered infant and early childhood mental health.
