MAIN SCOPE OF THE JOB:

The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized environment within the Rixy Club. The role focuses on child supervision, safety, hygiene, and support operations, while assisting the Animator and Supervisor to deliver a positive experience for young guests and their parents.

MANDATORY (ISO IMS) COMPLIANCE

All employees must comply with the ISO Integrated Management System requirements, including Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Customer Complaint Handling systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, 10002), hotel SOPs, and applicable legal regulations. Active participation in risk management, safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives is required.
