QUALIFICATIONS
1 to 2 years of retail sales experience. Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills. Availability to work a variety of shifts to meet business needs including nights, weekends and holidays. Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary. Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed. COMPETENCIES
