About the role:

Own a defined portfolio of existing customers for our procurement solutions. Focus on strong relationships, clear intake and specification of change requests, self-directed coordination with Delivery, and customer-facing demos and workshops. Coding is not required—what matters is a solid technical understanding (high-level software architecture, integrations, data flows) and strong written communication.
