Key Account Manager

Position Overview

Summary:

To develop an advanced relationship with strategically significant customers and drive penetration/revenue growth.  The key focus is to be positioned as a single source supplier as far as possible, working almost in partnership with the customer, being involved in their development and decision process on matters of interest to us..

Tasks:

  • Become a DRS solution expert and trusted advisor to customers.

  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts.

  • Deliver product demonstrations at demo facilities and customer trial sites.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans.

  • Identify customer needs and position tailored Envipco solutions.

  • Manage the full sales cycle including RFI/RFP, negotiations, and contract closure.

  • Create account-specific commercial agreements, pricing, and discount structures.
