This position will be in-office at our Reno, NV location.

+ Review client performance and business needs to provide a proactive support in their success.

+ Assist in client requests and any issues that arise.

+ Serve as the point of contact for assigned clients.

+ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

+ Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to needs and objectives.


Requirements

What you bring:


+ Customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Rep.

+ Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
