Position Overview
C.H. Robinson is currently seeking a Key Account Manager responsible for driving growth and maximizing retention across a portfolio of strategic accounts. In this role, the Key Account Manager will drive demand, identify new opportunities within existing accounts, and deliver tailored solutions aligned to customer needs. Serving as the primary point of accountability, they will act as a customer advocate, strengthen relationships, and collaborate across internal teams and global stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and successful delivery of customer commitments.
