In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth and building strong partnerships with L'Oréal's key clients. You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to maximize brand performance and achieve targeted revenue goals, driving success and innovation within our Nordic operations.

  • Driving Results: Build and achieve channel results (turnover, market share, profit). Creating a growth strategy for your client and executing on it per category in a profitable way.
  • Performance Management: Drive account P&L performance, sell-in and sell-out responsibility, monitor contracts and invoices, work with Revenue Growth Management levers to secure the correct mix management and ROI.
