We're now looking for a bilingual (English & Arabic) Key Account Manager to join us in Dubai. A junior manager role with real ownership and plenty of room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day face of Pedigri for a group of global customers
• Monitor Import, Export and Last-Mile Delivery KPIs across MEA
• Coordinate with service partners, handle escalations, keep shipments on track
• Run weekly/monthly business reviews and close the loop on issues - calmly and clearly

Requirements

• 3–5 years in service supply chain, spare parts, logistics or key account management
