Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a Sr Manager to lead and deliver Commerce services.
The role focuses on improving processes related to Sales Strategy and Planning, Joint Business Planning (JBP), Planograms, Trade Promotion Effectiveness and Commerce Analytics.
This position requires close collaboration with clients, strong teamwork, and the ability to coach both Capgemini and client teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of sales plans, identifying opportunities and analyzing market trends.
Lead and support Joint Business Plans with key customers, ensuring alignment on priorities, objectives and execution milestones.
Track performance metrics, analyze data and identify opportunities to improve Commerce Effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and market dynamics.
