Position Overview

Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Commercial Leadership (80%)

  • Business Planning: Establish and drive the implementation of market-focused business plans to achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets and non-sales KPIs.

  • Demand Generation: Drive market-related activities and create demand for Elanco’s product offerings across the Vietnam territory.

  • Team Management: Manage and coach the sales team to achieve targets.

  • Channel & Forecast Accuracy: Monitor sales performance and stocking of channel partners via weekly and monthly meetings to ensure product availability and improve forecast accuracy.

  • CRM Discipline: Manage customer inquiries and market updates in a timely manner using Veeva CRM (SFE).
