Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Karing Kennels on Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan. Responsibilities Responsible for the management of the business operations and personal services function of the kennels. Provides operational guidance for programs, personnel and facilities associated with animal boarding services. Plans, organizes and coordinates programs with marketing and publicity department to promote monthly, quarterly and annual events as well as special programs. Develops a budget, builds and reviews financial analytical data of financial performance and makes appropriate changes to improve all key performance indicators. Manages the boarding and stray/adoption facilities for maintenance requirements and ensures adherences to all environmental, cleaning and sanitation standards.
