What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor degree, preferred in mechanical engineering
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in both spoken and written in English
• Customer Focus and progressive and quality sales oriented

What you'll be doing on the job

• 1) Develop new Key customers
  • Within focus of GAM policy in the assigned areas
  • Use Beyond Selling Values (BSV) to shorten penetration cycle time
  • Setup and keep strategic relationships with key decision makers (KDM)
  • Sell the values – Level 123, 15/85, Kraljic, ABC
  • Use tollgates in BEAMS to monitor progress status
• 2) Increase sales and profitability in currently K&A accounts
  • Effectively using strategic tools such as BEAMS (Profit Mgmt, AR Mgmt, Whale Chart, Bad Inventory Report (BIR), etc), Bossard Scorecards, e_RFQ
