About the role

: Te Oranganui is seeking a confident and values led Kaitātaki – Community Team Leader to provide day to day leadership and coordination for the Te Waipuna Health community team. This role supports kaimahi to deliver responsive, integrated, whānau centred care while strengthening pathways, team wellbeing, and relationships across primary care, community providers, iwi, hapū, and whānau supports. 

If you are an experienced Team Leader with strong communication skills, primary care or community health experience, and a commitment to kaupapa Māori, Whānau Ora, and improving outcomes for whānau, we would welcome your application.
